This video was shared with me by our Assistant Coach Adam Eberhardt (@AdamEberhardt on twitter). He went and watched a Gopher Football spring practice and came away very impressed by Coach Jerry Kill and his staff. This is a great video "Minnesota Uncommon". I love the T Shirts that are constant reminders of the principles and staples of their program. Constant reminders every where they look.
